booking conditions

Cancellation Policy: On confirmed bookings; within five business days, full fee. Within seven business days, half fee.

Overtime Rates: time-and-a-half apply before 9 a.M., after 9 p.M., and on holidays. Half Day Rate based on a 4-hour day. Full Day Rate based on an 8 hour day. Both Modeling packages are inclusive of hair, makeup, & wardrobe styling, Add On Services are available for additional fees. Reasonable breaks & a 1 hour lunch (if needed) are also included.

Projects that feature Lingerie, Nude or Implied aspects are strictly prohibited. Transparent or translucent clothing articles & Swimwear Campaigns are approved on a case by case basis. Time-and-a-half rate may apply. 

Weather Permit: on confirmed bookings; all same day cancellations- half fee if services are immediately rescheduled; services not rescheduled, full fee. Weather permit cancellations made earlier are subject to normal cancellation policy.

Weather permit options: book or release will be enforced for options when secondary job is ready to confirm.

Usage rights: are limited to the specific rights granted and may not be extended without written negotiations.
